Intensive Summer Workshop
June 12-24, 2006
Presents a staged reading of a
NEW WORK for the MUSICAL THEATRE
"THE OPELOUSAS SISTERS-
Home for Wayward Girls"

In this two-week-long intensive workshop, performers, technical and production personnel come together to participate in the ground-up work of taking a musical from the page to the stage for the very first time. The Opelousas Sisters, two sequential two-act musical tales, track the on-going saga of “four little poor little orphan girls,” in 1920s America.
This summer, the second of these brand-new musicals, “Home for Wayward Girls,” will be developed for a staged reading to be held on June 23 and 24.
A great story. Songs to die for. And meaty characters— lots of them.

Roles available SATB for a broad range of character types.
Performing, musical and technical/production personnel by audition/appointment.

Contact Dr. Lynne Morrow at 707-664-2177.
